This Clotted Cream Fudge is made by Buchanan’s of Scotland, makers of sweet confections for over 100 years on the Greenock banks of the Clyde in Scotland.
Unlike North American style fudge, Scottish fudge is rich, soft and creamy, like a soft caramel.Delicious!Each bar comes packaged into two bars and each package breaks into 6 bite-size pieces (see photo).
